Hello, I'm Rachael! I support families to safely and comfortably use slings and carriers, and teach parents of babies and toddlers about infant and child neuropsychology and development, to help you have calmer relationships with your children, and feel empowered and supported to achieve your parenting goals!

Sling Library slings are available to hire (The Bonnie Sling Library), making this a nice option at the end of a face to face consultation

Sling Consults Booking & Payment

Scroll down to choose an appointment type, and pick an available time. My work days are Sundays-Wednesdays. If you are in crisis and need a consult sooner, I may be able to squeeze you in - get in touch!

After booking your consultation, you will receive an invoice from Days of Nourishment via email, to pay and complete your booking. Families who are low income can get in touch to discuss reduced rates

Introduction to Carrying in Slings 1:1 Workshop

A wonderful session for expectant and new parents, where you can learn about carrying safely, explore gentle infant handling and the benefits of carrying, see the main 5 types of carrier demo-ed, and discuss what may suit your needs when baby comes.

Feeding in Your Sling 1:1 Workshop

30 minutes @ £25.00

Learn how to safely and confidently breast/chest or bottle feed in one sling. We can explore different positioning options to find the right one for you

Mini Sling Consultation

30 minutes @ £25.00

Great for new-confident wearers with smaller needs, such as seeing demos of new slings, exploring how to make the most of your sling, answer questions you have and learn a new skill such as hip carry in a buckle carrier

Great for having time to explore 2-3 different carriers or learning to feed in multiple slings, and for learning ring sling technique
